Terms of Service
Using Remit.ee means you agree to follow these rules. The service is a no-account file upload and link-generation tool, not a backup system, private storage service or hosting contract with an availability guarantee.
Last updated: September 13, 2026
Service scope and limits
Remit.ee currently provides web upload, file validation, file hosting, previews and link-code generation. The current web flow does not require an account; this does not mean that API access, account management or file-management features are provided.
Uploads must comply with the limits shown on the page: up to 10 files per batch, no more than 100 MiB of original data per batch, and no more than 20MB per file. JPEG, PNG, GIF and WebP images are also limited to 16 megapixels. File type, frequency, concurrency, storage capacity and upstream service conditions may affect results.
You are responsible for uploaded content
You must have the rights needed to upload and share your files and must ensure that they do not violate applicable law or another person's rights. Uploads produce public addresses that may be accessed by anyone who has the link.
You must not use the service to:
- Upload malware, phishing pages, illegal material, infringing material or personal data without authorization;
- Send spam, bypass rate limits, create abusive traffic or interfere with service operation;
- Attempt to access internal data, defeat security controls, or use the service as an unauthorized proxy or backup system.
Links, storage and availability
Direct and preview links are not password-protected resources. Anyone who has a link may be able to access the file, so you are responsible for controlling distribution and keeping independent backups of important material.
We do not guarantee a fixed response time, continuous availability, permanent retention, access from a particular region, successful embedding on a third-party platform or suitability for a particular purpose. Maintenance, storage failures, upstream limits, security incidents or rule enforcement may suspend, restrict or remove content.
Abuse handling and third parties
We may restrict access, remove files, suspend related requests or retain necessary operational records based on service rules, reports, technical detection or legal requirements. There is currently no self-service deletion control and no guaranteed review or removal deadline.
The site includes third-party advertising, analytics, consent-management and storage infrastructure. Failures, policies or network conditions affecting those services may affect Remit.ee.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms when the service, law or security requirements change. The updated version will be published on this page; continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.
