How reports are handled
We review reports using the submitted details, service rules, verifiable information and applicable law. Where appropriate, we may restrict file access, remove content, suspend related requests or ask for more information.
A report does not guarantee removal and there is no guaranteed response or processing deadline. Do not send unrelated passwords, identity documents or other sensitive material by email.
Emergencies
For an immediate physical threat, an ongoing crime or a matter requiring real-time evidence preservation, contact local law-enforcement, emergency or cybersecurity authorities directly. Email reports are not monitored as a real-time emergency channel.
